i don't know how else to explain it but can you guys please help is there any way i could go to a doctor to remove it i know its just loose skin but i am really self conscious about it even though my gf doesn't care i still want to do some thing about it and i noticed tiny really small pink and some are flesh colored sort of skin tag looking bumps but they are really small the bumps look similar to the pearly penile bumps but they are no were near the head of my penis they are near the big bumps near the circumcision scars there are only about like 4 but still can any of you guys shed some knowledge on what the fu*k is going on !

Hey guys im 18 and i have been searching and searching but no one i have found has the same problem as me i hope there are others out there that can shed some light on whats going on! Well i have been pretty annoyed by this ! After my circumcision at 8, a couple years later i noticed that after the healing process there were bump's about this big ( ) surrounding around the the top of my shaft 1 cm before the head!.
